Sales & Service Enquiries

We want to ensure that you are able to get all the answers you are looking for, and no question or concern is left un-addressed. For all sales & service enquiries, we encourage you to submit an information request ticket through our support center to our sales team, or email sales(at)helpbase.ca. Support Requests

For all support requests, including website updates, account modifications and error reporting, we require you to submit a support ticket through our ticketing portal. This process helps us track all incoming requests so we can ensure we are able to address all concerns in a quick and professional manner. All clients are assigned a dedicated login and password to manage their support requests, although we do allow guest submission. All requests can be made by our online form in our support center, or emailed to support(at)helpbase.ca, and a ticket will automatically be generated from your email.

Once accepted, you will be able to track the progress of all tickets online, and reply in real time to our representatives to ensure your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
